I completed week 3 today but I don't know what went wrong with runs 2 & 3. I found run 1 easy so why did I struggle with the further 2, surely they should have been easier?
I'm now really worrying about week 4 ๐

Well done for getting to week 3. You're feeling like a lot of us have felt as we've worked through the program. But you can do it, take it slow, slow, slow and trust Laura (or whichever program you're using). I can't pretend it's easy but it is doable ... go for it!
I think it's very tempting if the first run of a week feels easy, to push harder (often subconsciously) for the others. Take it steady, run a slowly as you need to get through - but also remember that actually if you are completing the runs as instructed, even if it's hard, you're doing it and there's nothing wrong!
Some runs are surprisingly good...Some are a puzzling disaster...Just take it as it comes and trust in the programme and yourself. My fastest run was week 1 run 2...No idea why... am mentally stuck in week 9 now...
Just read the first half of that title..."week 3 complete" and know you're ready for week 4. There are times along the way that we'd all like to forget, but you've made it! Well done and keep going!
Don't! Go very slowly and you will be fine. Have faith ๐
