Well, well, well

So I visited the family (and I am still in situ) and planned a route of least resistance last night (one of my teenage haunts). I got up and thought 'sausage it!', and ran! It was a much steeper incline and my shins were killing! But I felt I could have went on. I didn't finish the last 4 minutes because I hadn't planned a long enough route and ended up home too soon ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿค”

I did week one runs again but know if I had done week two I may have managed it! This time I really felt I could have kept running a little bit longer... think next run may be run 2 ... may go out tomorrow morning! Eeeeeeeeeeh! All exciting! Thank you for support everyone! Now to cut out crisps (though my alcohol intake is significantly reduced in the holidays comparatively to last year!)

Make crisps a treat... Wednesday and Saturday :)

  • It's all TOO exciting! I've not ran since I was 15 lol

  • Well done! Never mind about your truncated run. It happens ๐Ÿ™‚ Go steady! Do what you need to do but no more, not at this stage. You need to take it steady ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Well done! Now on to week two. Only repeat weeks if you dont finish them. Trust in the programme, the structure of it gets you ready for each week of progress.

If you miscalculate next time just turn round and go again until you have covered the time..... simple๐Ÿ˜€

Great that you are enjoying it. Slow and steady at all times!

  • Well done ๐Ÿ˜Ž
