So I visited the family (and I am still in situ) and planned a route of least resistance last night (one of my teenage haunts). I got up and thought 'sausage it!', and ran! It was a much steeper incline and my shins were killing! But I felt I could have went on. I didn't finish the last 4 minutes because I hadn't planned a long enough route and ended up home too soon π¬π€
I did week one runs again but know if I had done week two I may have managed it! This time I really felt I could have kept running a little bit longer... think next run may be run 2 ... may go out tomorrow morning! Eeeeeeeeeeh! All exciting! Thank you for support everyone! Now to cut out crisps (though my alcohol intake is significantly reduced in the holidays comparatively to last year!)
