Hello, I have just finished the C25K One You training plan and ran my first 5K race last Sunday. Never thought I would enjoy running so much. I now want to push myself to run a 10K race later this year. Can anyone suggest a good training pod cast? Many thanks

Hi, and welcome to the forum! Congratulations for graduating; the world is now your oyster There is a whole host of plans available, and I'm sure that someone can guide you on the ones they used. You could also sign up to the Bridge to 10k community. I didn't use a specific app, just ran 2X5km per week with one longer run that I gradually bumped up until I hit 10k. If you prefer the app training structure, I'm sure someone will be able to give you some ideas.
