Oohhhhh, no i am not, because I have run before my Garmin benchmark run has set up as a start doing 5min run 3 min walk to start. Is there another group I can join if this is for one you app only? X

You could always start on week 3 or 4 I guess if you’re really still quite good. The app lets you skip through the runs. Just then took be able to relate to all of the other posts.
