Started training using a training plan on my Garmin this week 😀 I struggled to start I am so unfit but I will keep going! I miss running, I used to run a lot before I had kids x

Are you not using the ‘one you’ app? That’s what this forum is based for.

Oohhhhh, no i am not, because I have run before my Garmin benchmark run has set up as a start doing 5min run 3 min walk to start. Is there another group I can join if this is for one you app only? X

Yes do that - it's great. I was a runner in a previous life, then middle-age got the better of me. I am now on Wk 8 Run 3 using the Coach to 5K app and I can run for 28 minutes none stop. It's really good.

You could always start on week 3 or 4 I guess if you’re really still quite good. The app lets you skip through the runs. Just then took be able to relate to all of the other posts.

The app is turquoise yellow and white
