Never mind joggers nipple......

....I forgot to don my sports bra & got bra line blister! I thought something was feeling odd when I went out for my run & 3 minutes into running I realised that I still had my day bra on! well, I couldn't stop & go back then could I? so I carried on. Feeling very pleased with myself as I didn't have a very good night & kept waking up absolutely boiling & feeling nauseous but needed a run to distress from work today. It wasn't as far as I wanted to go or for as long but a 30 minute run is a 30 minute run. Just have to dress this blistered area now & I won't be forgetting my sports bra next time :D

Yes I did a similar thing once. Sore bits at each end of the underwires! Still, any vaguely running related injury like that is a matter of achievement and pride in its own funny way. :)

that's what caused it Annedroid - the blinking wire end! but it was only on one side & at one end - maybe I pumped that arm a bit too much on the inclines lol

Oh my, never even knew that could happen! I must admit.......

( Shut your eyes boys 👀)

I've never really bothered with my sports bra, I tend to hang out of the bottom of it, I guess it doesn't fit🤔

I think I go that slow that it doesn't matter anyway 🙄😀🌶

Not as bad as bleeding nipples for male marathon runners - :) Come to think of it, manflu is worse than womanflu too ! :)

I couldn't comment on marathons 😲✋🏻💪. But any nippy distress sounds painful to me 😱😳😲😉

The man flu debate will outlive us😉

I wish you well with your nip/ man flu dilemma 😉🌶

I cannot contemplate the idea of being able to run in my ordinary bra. Were I to do so there would be reports of earth tremors, traffic would grind to a halt and small rivers would burst from their banks (as indeed would - no).

I salute you.

Doesn't bear thinking about. Just- No. 😵

I have a selection of sports bras. They're my best buds. Along with proper trainers.
