I woke up this morning thinking 25 minutes without stopping! Then I got out of bed and had a horrible pain above my inner ankle bone. I hobbled around doing all the things needed to be done and thought I’ll go and see how I feel after the 5 minute warm up. Off I went and when Jo said it’s time to run I slowly jogged (very slowly actually as I had forgotten to put sports bra on! TMI?) The pain in my ankle disappeared and my left knee felt normal for once! 25 minutes! Me 😃😃! Chuffed!
