I woke up this morning thinking 25 minutes without stopping! Then I got out of bed and had a horrible pain above my inner ankle bone. I hobbled around doing all the things needed to be done and thought I’ll go and see how I feel after the 5 minute warm up. Off I went and when Jo said it’s time to run I slowly jogged (very slowly actually as I had forgotten to put sports bra on! TMI?) The pain in my ankle disappeared and my left knee felt normal for once! 25 minutes! Me πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ! Chuffed!

🀣🀣 thank you ... I just seen you did W6R2 today ... well done ... for some strange reason I found that one harder than today’s one ... when I think about it it’s the same length of time on your feet but no stopping and starting and with a greater sense of achievement when you finish so go you πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

I’m a bit nervous about w6r3 tomorrow but I’ll just breathe and keep going. I think the walks in between are becoming more difficult. Better just to tootle along.

I was nervous too but I just went really slowly and kept saying to myself you did 20 minutes a week ago πŸ˜ƒ you can do it 😊

Yeayayay.... well done you...:)

Just a little tip... before you get out of bed.. swing your legs out and really rub, your knees, , ankles ,shins and toes...I do it every morning...( and yes, someone did say they had a vision of me singing it..to the tune of head and shoulders etc)

It gets the blood flowing and whizzing around the joints:) I an old but it works for all ages:)

Well done to you too! It’s a lovely feeling isn’t it when you hear 60 seconds to go and then you’ve done it πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
