Week 5 - and feeling smug

First run of week 5 today, and I actually felt at the end of the 5 minute runs that I could keep going a little longer. So I'm starting to think that maybe, just maybe, the 8 minutes on Wednesday won't be so bad (I'm not thinking about 20 minutes yet!). I felt quite proud when I'd finished, and as I was still a good 5 minutes from home at the end of the podcast, I actually ran a little bit more once I'd recovered! I also think I'm now running a little bit faster than a snail, without getting out of breath, which is pleasing. :-)

I did it yesterday and the last run of the broadcast lasted around 7 minutes for me. I didn't stop, just run:) I also feel more confident:)

Good job you :) I told you we can do it. I have new shoes too so now there is no way back :)
