Anyone got any recommendations for sun screen for running. I put my face cream on which has some SPF but it makes my skin really sweaty.

I run in Clinique moisture surge as I have the driest skin ever. I find that to be ok

My husband buys it me 😀 Burts bees do a superlight mousse one which is ok too

Any of it does the trick for me but I don't put it on my forehead because I sweat so much that it runs in my eyes and burns them. Instead I wear a brimmed cap to keep the sun off that region.

When it does get hot and sunny (really?) or if you travel abroad and take your kit with you, make sure you use a high factor sun cream though. It should be waterproof so you don't sweat it off. You can find sun cream specifically for sport - I have very sensitive skin and it's fine on my face, although I don't put it near my eyes. Make sure you cover your ears and of course shoulders etc. There was someone on here who had a problem a couple of years ago - I think it was on his ear. I'm not sure of the details now but his experience has stayed with me and I am much more aware and slop on the sun screen now :(
