Well this morning I completed W9R3! I was really going to space W9 out to 2 days rest in between runs due to the stupid hot weather, but impatience won and I only left the 1 rest day in between runs 🙄😬🏃🏼♀️.
I ran slower than the slowest slow thing from Slowvenia due to the heat and to ensure I completed each run, and I did! 👍
My only ‘faux pas’ was that today I forgot to turn around at the half way bell so had a nice 40 minute walk home too 😂😂

Aww thank you. That is so sweet of you to say, I am proud of myself. You’ll be surprised how quickly your fitness builds up. I still remember struggling to run for 60 seconds in week 1. You’ll be fine, just trust the plan and start each run with a positive attitude 👍
Well done you. The hardest part is getting out there. I used to be quite self conscious when I started C25K, but then started thinking ‘if anyone’s got a problem with me running then it’s their problem, not mine!’ It’s more of a mental challenge than a physical one. Good on you for getting out there and doing it 👏👏👏

Enjoy the moment...Rest needed after that heat. It’s my last from tomorrow onwards, just don’t know when to go but you have given me the push I needed as I was wanting to forget about it after my run yesterday...Again, Well done 😊
Good for you, just get out there. I’ve had ‘bad’ runs too where every 5 minutes felt like I’d run for 10, but after the 5 min warm up walk I just told myself that I wasn’t going to stop until the end 🏃🏼♀️💪😉
