This is the first week since starting the programme that I have missed a run! Normally I do 3 runs every week keeping a rest day in between but this week, due to weather and commitments, I only managed 2 (my second run only about 1/2 an hour ago!)!
So, I'm determined to do 3 next week. Yeah! ✅🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
