So the end of week 2 consolidation runs. 3 different runs this week.
First at 31.12 mins and 4K with one little walk.
2nd was 25mins but upped the pace
Today’s was 4.5K in 35mins. So happy as I felt I was a little stuck at 30mins 😬😬
Nearly ready for a Park Run me thinks. 🏃♀️🙌
Just goes to show we all have great and not so great runs. We are all individual with our runs and I have learnt to embrace the ones that are not so good rather than beat myself up. My journey only started 12 weeks ago and I’m in no hurry. As always the support here is amazing.

Huge well done. try to mix the runs too... shorter and slightly speeder runs and some lovely, long slow runs too...they are the ones that build up stamina and strength...
