Hello all

I have just finished run2 of week 6, just long runs left! I hope the music on the future podcasts changes, otherwise I will have to make my own playlist. I have also lost 4lbs since I started and my body fat has reduced from 23.9% to 22.7%, so this does work and my diet is exactly the same!

Oh yes, the music changes. It is quite different in weeks 7-9 :-)

Suffering Laura's music is considered a rite of passage for most of us. Just as much part of c25k as that panting and wheezing in the early weeks.
