I posted for the first time two weeks ago, after surprising myself and finishing week 2 of the podcasts. Well today, I have only gone and finished the third run of week 4! Woohoo! I am so determined to complete the full 9 weeks but can't actually belive I've now run three days a week for the last 4 weeks! I must admit though, I struggled with motivation today - I'm on annual leave so I was out of the routine of coming home and getting changed straight into my running gear but as soon as those trainers were on I couldn't wait to get going!
I know every week seems a 'big step up' until you start it but week 5 really does look a tough one! π I can't wait to give it a go and so far I have completed every run as laura has asked! I've come this far, im so proud, no giving up now!!

Well done! you can do this and it looks like you have it covered. We all have days where we think our motivation is wobbling a bit but those days when you push you bum out through the door are usually the ones that make us feel soooo fab afterwards. Try not to look at what is coming up in the next week, I did it once & it made the week daunting so I just took each run as it came. Happy running xx
Thanks Dhiny! π I said from the start I wasnt going to look ahead but I just couldn't help myself! Lol I think it's deffinalty best if I do as you say though and just take the rest of the runs as they come - I'll try anyway!
And you know that you CAN do it...it is what the last few weeks have been preparing you for. We know what it is like because we have been there & done it & we are all here for you. Go smash it! π€
Ahh so true, so true! I couldn't have ran for 5 minutes four weeks ago so I guess I'll probably surprise myself! I even noticed a difference from R1 - R3 this week so if I can keep that up.... π Thank you both!
