As I sit here eating weetabix with bananas on, waiting for the kettle to boil so I can get some coffee into me π all I can think is I'm happy that's done but can't wait to get going on next week! I havnt looked ahead to week 5 but I'm guessing by some of the comments I've read, it's where things get serious.
Concentrate on today, run went smooth (despite not having my headphones, forgot to charge!) had no pains, no stitches and felt I had some left at the end. It was cold (I run in a vest) but the sunrise was nice and overall enjoyed it ππ»
Good luck anyone running today, keep it up, you can do it!

Well done, I've just finished week 3 this morning. It hasn't been too bad but I'm not sure I'm going to be able to handle any longer than the three minutes (twice!)
I'll take some confidence that you've just conquered it and try believe in the programme.
Ive felt the same each time the run steps up to be honest, first run this week was hard but has gotten easier each time which I suppose is the idea of the programme, the idea of running 5 minute periods at the start of this week alarmed me and was tough at first but by the end of today felt I could do some more! Take each week as it comes I say, we can do it and we will do it πͺπ»
Hey, well done Did my Week4 Run 3 this morning, too. It felt good! I felt fine! Same as you after my second run on Weds not being the best, I was super cautious about today's run but I really got my head into a positive mindset, enjoyed the crisp, sunny early morning and surroundings of my local park and DID IT. That last minute of the last run tho.... when Jo came on to say 'you've got 1min left' it felt like the longest minute. hah.. Chuffed to have completed Week 4. Like you, I've not checked out Week 5 plan yet..I prefer to leave it to a surprise in my ears come Monday morning!!!! Eeekk... Well done us! Roll on Week 5.
That's excellent! Good to see you got through it ππ» I'm taking the weekend off and gonna start week 5 Monday morning bright and early (unless the urge to run gets too great over the weekend π€£)
Hopefully next week goes well for us both! π€π»
