I really struggled with the run 2 in this week, so I wasn't looking forward to the 25 min run on day 3, so I set out with a slow steady pace, I put about half a min to1 min on my k time.
And I smashed it! So happy with it, as when she said to stop running i still had more energy to keep going. And I didn't even stop straight away when she said the time was up, usually I'm so happy to hear those words and stop straight away.
Not meaning to boast ha, but just wanted to air out my excitement and hopefully reassure everyone if you struggled with the other runs in this week, just keep at it. Keep that pace slow and steady and focus on your breathing.
I really noticed my breathing was a hell of a lot better today, consistent all the way through. I think that helped me out alot.
On to week 7!

ive just got in from W6R2 which went ok, so got the 25 min run to look forward to on Tuesday evening. hope the weather is a little better than today. its good to read your post for that extra motivation.
I noticed your comments on the 20 min run (I'm new to this forum) and you seem to be a run ahead of me - so helpful to have your comments, thanks so much!
Pants! This is my next run and after Week 5 I've been deliberately not looking ahead to see what I have to do on the next run until I'm starting my warm up. Now I realise I have to run 25 mins on Sat. Argh, how do I do that?!
