Week 6 Run 3

Thank you all for your wonderful advice I am now 100% healthy again and the virus has gone. Listened to you all and my body and went out this morning and ran for 25 minutes!! Laura says I can now officially call myself a runner but seriously halfway done and I think I was plotting to kill her! Great to be back out there and never in my wildest dreams did I (who could not even run for 60 seconds) ever believe I could do this so to all you people who are on the fence wondering if it is for you or not give it a go Iโ€™m so happy I did and the support here is truly awesome! I love you all thank you ๐Ÿ˜‡

Thatโ€™s excellent. Well done, you runner! This programme is amazing. Iโ€™m glad you waited until you were feeling better.

I remember having murderous thoughts about Laura, but at least you kept going and nailed that run.

Well done, you fabulous runner, you! I'm so glad you're virus-free now, and can enjoy running once more. It's a great feeling getting back to it, I know that from personal experience :) Keep it up, you'll be rocking W9R3 before you know it :)

Oh - and week 7 should be a piece of cake, because you already know you can do 25 minutes...!
