I had thought about today too much and was convinced it would not happen. So to help I put on my graduate t shirt from last time I did c25k. I am not saying that it worked like superman's costume change but not only did I do 25 I carried on and did the 30.
I fine that my legs ache and breathing a little faster by about 2 minutes but it doesn't get any worse so its ok to carry on.
I know there are a few coming up to this run and I am sure you can do it too.

Ha! I also find that if I'm wavering about going out, putting on my running gear lets the gremlins know that I'm a runner now and I can run anytime, anywhere. Well done on carrying on to the 30!
