So as it says. I didnβt do too well. I completed it but had to walk briskly a few times during the run. Absolutely gutted. Not making excuses but I found it too hot running this time of the day (I normally run around 8am) and I am ashamed to say I over indulged last night on beer! I hardly ever do that!
My question is shall I leave it two days and run the entire week 6 again or just repeat w6r3? Iβm not sure itβs wise going straight for week 7? Anyone been in this position? I feel shit!!
