Here I am, back again!

Week 3 Run 3 (twice) done and so far so good.

I do tend to do extras if I feel I haven't progressed as much as I'd like. So I did 4 x week Twos and 4 x week Threes. This appears to help.

Sorry about the sideways picture. I put it here because the massive clogs make the rest of me look like Slim Jim :-)

I see nothing wrong with that if it works for you, and as long as you're getting your rest days in between. Steady progress to the end is better than an enthusiastic dash through the early weeks and then losing interest.

Maybe the shoes are causing the need for repeats, but I suppose you are clogging along nicely !
