Thank you all, it's a very frustrating pause! But I couldn't run if my life depended on it today, not sure what's going on but have had mild cold symptoms since the beginning of the week but last two days just feel totally drained zero energy.
There is a lot of it about. I hope you feel better soon. If I may suggest it, you may like to recommence with a couple of gentle sessions before picking up where you left off. K
