I'm feeling so motivated after completing day two of week 2?! I honestly never thought that I could get this far. There is still progress to be made but right now I feel like I can do anything. Is that strange ? I've never felt this positive wih running before. Hope everyone is good on your own individual journeys. X

It’s not strange, maybe earlier than most, that’s no bad thing. Yes you can do anything... and you can certainly do this. Great job so far... enjoy the next.
