I haven't been for a run for 10 days now. Was staying with my dad for a week and couldn't go out and leave him and now I'm home but have got a miserable cold and painful sinuses! Had planned to do parkrun this morning but woke up feeling dreadful. So I guess it'll be another few days before I can get out. Just a bit frustrating knowing that it's going to be more difficult when I do get out. Also have signed up for a 10k in June so aware that I need to start training sometime!
