3rd 5K Done and I beat my time AGAIN! :D

I think I'm getting rather good now, I ran another 5K today (my third) in 29 minutes and 4 seconds...that's 36 seconds quicker than my previous time! It's amazing how quick fitness can be obtained.

I was wondering, can I have a badge to say I ran 5k? Pretty please? I have ran it THREE times now and two of those times I did it in under 30 minutes so I would love a 5k badge if possible! I don't know who to ask though?

I got rather drenched on my way home by storm Doris, lovely lady!
