W8R2 Sauna suit :D

A weird weather day, quite mild but drizzly and windy. So I decided to wear my lovely bright pink Kagool over my running gear to keep me dry.

Off I trotted nice and early, feeling snug the wind and helped to keep me cool. The legs felt nice and rested so I set off at a steady pace that felt sustainable. I have to say it was the best outing so far, I even felt like a runner a couple of times. Although I think that was during the downhill sections lol.

About half way through the wind dropped and the rain stopped, resulting in a heat build up in the Kagool !! I managed to roll the sleeves up but didn't want to stop the motion to try and take it off as it's one of those over the head jobs. Well hopefully the sauna suit it turned into will aid in a weight loss at weigh in tomorrow !

One more run for this week, which will be Wednesday and then it's the final week. Cannot believe a) how quick it is going b) how far I have come c) how awesome you all are with your comments and support. Thank you xx

Made a similar mistake this morning with a jacket! Ran without one Saturday but bit cool so reverted to one today and was far too hot!

Yeah was first time risked going without a jacket at all Sat and I felt much more free and lightweight to run - just can't quite get it right!!
