Just starting out

Hi๐Ÿ˜Š

I have just started C25K today - week one, run one done! I quite annoyed it even though it was hard going at times.

I am wanting to get fitter for summer so that I have more energy to play with my son in holiday.

I am also looking to lose weight so I am combining the exercise with healthier eating.

Any other new starters around?

New starter here today too, well done on completing today, I don't know about you, but I am fully aware that I did exercise today! I'm quite tired and my legs ache, but I feel so proud that I did it and hopefully you feel the same, even though it's tough going at the start, you've done the main bit, which is the first day, hurrah for us! ;)

Yes, I can certainly feel the exercise I have done too! I am proud of myself though - been putting it off for ages!

Welcome ๐Ÿ˜Š

You have done the hard bit (well the first one - lol) and started. It will get easier and remember that you can always redo a day or week if you struggle x

Good luck and just keep going, slowly ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
