Decided as I wasn't feeling too ill as such but more wiped out with bit of what feels like a cold coming, I would still get out and start W8 - was ok, didn't struggle though did use my inhaler half way but by the end of the 28 mins I was feeling better than when I went out!

Well done! It's not easy to judge when you'd be better off going for a run or giving it a miss - but it's very easy to make excuses! Here's hoping the cold doesn't get in the way, then soon you'll be... graduating
When I had a cold a couple of weeks ago the lovely people on here advised that so long as it hasn't gone to the chest then you should be ok to go. I was dosing myself with lemsip and cough mixture for a few days before I went out x Hope you're feeling better soon x
