A little bit of drizzle

So my last run of week 3 was completed this morning and all is good. After 3 runs my new shoes are feeling a lot more comfortable and not as bouncy as on the first run. I forgot to wear them around the house before using I think this helps a bit for your feet to become accustomed.

Laura did her job this morning splendidly apart from last 3 min run. I was waiting for her voice to kick in but the programme had cut out. So I did roughly 4 min instead.

On my Pulsar Music Player I have 3500 songs never sure what's going to come up as I run. On today's play list I listened to Snow Patrol, Penetration, Buddy Holly, Van Morrisons and Emilia a Torrini

I quite enjoy running in the rain apart from helping you feel cool it also gives you a good sense of achievement when most folks are at home.

Well done on completing week 3! Amazing work. Glad your new running shoes feel better, new shoes always feel a bit bouncy from my experience too.

Good luck with your next run, onwards and upwards 😁

Thank you as you say October is great for running if the forecasters are right and we get a lot of snow in a few weeks then it could get a bit harder!
