Seeing as none of my kids is interested i n the slightest and my husband is still in bed (tut!) I thought I'd come here and whoop!! I wasn't going to go out this morning but I am so glad I did. My last run on Wednesday was 7k and this morning I thought I'd try and go a bit further, maybe to 7.5 but in the end I ran for 8.2k It felt great and I think I probably could have gone further! I know I broke the 10% rule but I'm already wondering how much more I have in me. I'm really chuffed, the time was good too - well I think it is! - 52 mins at 6.22 mins per k average.
Maybe I should go and join the Bridge to 10k-ers now
