For several months I've been planning to start C5K but always found an excuse. Now retired, am feeling great after week 5 run 2. Don't expect to miss out sessions as you will be disappointed. You know when you have "arrived" when you can't help running in your daily work because walking is too slow. Things can only get better!

You will find it easier lugging skis about etc now you are fitter. Enjoy the skiing in February.
Hope so... as I'm teaching some friends' children, I expect I'll be carrying more than 1 pair of skis!!! Just down the Week 5 run 3 which involves running continuously for 20 mins - did it and really pleased so carried on for another few mins. Hope your efforts are a success too.
