Hi again.. and welcome to another running week...

Still a few challenges for us...wet and windy....with gale force winds for some of us...!

Our numbers still, wonderfully, continue to rise... and although it is tricky to keep up with everyone's progress... it is great to have a little fun post, so we can see who is on which week of the programme, and hopefully it will help everyone to feel more included on the forum.

We can support, encourage and generally help each other, in a positive and friendly way, with no thought of comparison.

Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine; it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.

If you have just graduated, also, this will be a great place to keep you motivated,and there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10k forum also, for Graduates.

So, come and join the fun.... Let us know how it is going :)

Hi all. I volunteered this morning at my local Parkrun giving out the Tokens at the funnel. It was my first time doing that job and I really enjoyed it. I’m planning on doing a longer run tomorrow of around 6k with some intervals. Then a couple of 5K interval runs during the week.

Next weekend I plan on doing a Parkrun in Dublin and I am going to go after a new PB and a sub 30 minute 5K for the first time at Parkrun.

Well that’s the plan.

Just finished Week 6! Honestly such a supportive and helpful app, I have such a sense of accomplishment every time I go out, even if I'm slow.

Finally staggered into week 9 - Ethel, Black Dog and all. Beginning to think I should have brought a caravan ! Unless I need to repeat at all, only 2 more runs to graduation πŸ˜ƒ
