Iโve found I listen to the radio a lot: the bbc sounds app is good. I had Matt Lucas on radio 2 with me this morning. All depends on taste I suppose but I like the mix of music & chat, whereas I canโt focus on only speech, such as a podcast. Again, depending on taste, Spotify have some good themed playlists of their own: daily mixes, top cheese, indie, etc. I struggle a bit with these sometimes as I have my phone in a running belt and struggle to find the button on my earphone to skip a track. Hope you find one new tunes ๐

This is mine: open.spotify.com/user/11112...
I like something with a strong steady beat, all of these are roughly 120BPM to match my ๐ pace/ joffle.

Depending on taste, I am always plugging Jancanruns' playlists, there are many genres/types of music there for you to listen to, not just oldies.

Jancanruns playlists are great as AlMorr says... and we here helped to build them. Apologies in advance for my choices, they stand out like a sore thumb ๐
Thank you where can I find Jan anruns?

I am with Almorr and Unfitnomore, can't beat a Jancanrun playlist.
I listen to audio books. For me if I get into a really good story it absorbs my concentration. Also it means I can concentrate on my speed and keep a nice steady pace and not try to run to a tempo

I have unusual taste for a 59 yr old woman but what works for me is Spotify Run this Town 150-160 BPM. My favourite is Power by Kayne West. ALWAYS gets me to the end of the run and I'm now in week 9 WOOOOOOOOOO
