W8R2 done. Albeit much slower and 300 meters less distance covered in the 28 minutes. Felt much better being able to do that. I went to fast for run 1 of week 8. Heart rate showed 140 avg as appossed to the 151 avg doing run 1. Looking forward to run 3 on Sunday.

Glad it felt better this time. You're going to be ahead of me now as I'm doing run 3 of week 8 on Monday. I've had quite a few breaks longer than a day on this programme for one reason or another, but provided it's not too long it doesn't seem to matter.
I might also be doing doing mine Monday too. I have strained my groin. It's not to bad though I just need an extra day of well earned rest I think. Plus I am hosting my 50th bday bash tonight. Whoop. Bring on Monday. 😀
