So this morning I did my first day of C25K, and enjoyed it too. A bit nervous and felt a little conspicuous when I first went out but then I got into my stride, pardon the pun. Quite a lot of huffing and puffing, and towards the end of my first minute the legs started to ache a little but the timing of the 90 second walk was perfect. The only issue I had was the trousers I had on started to fall down as I started jogging!! they were a bit too loose.. but thankfully I managed a temporary fix it. Must remember to make sure there's a safety pin in place when I head out for my next one on Wednesday cannt wait.
