Woohoo I did it

So this morning I did my first day of C25K, and enjoyed it too. A bit nervous and felt a little conspicuous when I first went out but then I got into my stride, pardon the pun. Quite a lot of huffing and puffing, and towards the end of my first minute the legs started to ache a little but the timing of the 90 second walk was perfect. The only issue I had was the trousers I had on started to fall down as I started jogging!! they were a bit too loose.. but thankfully I managed a temporary fix it. Must remember to make sure there's a safety pin in place when I head out for my next one on Wednesday ;) cannt wait.

I would suggest Lycra but if you feel like me that's for the future😀 I've been wearing what could be classed as.... (I need that bus/ I'm late for the kids/ my dog has done a runner! ) I will embrace running and I think I passed a point when a nasty neighbour came into the place I was run.... Jogg.... Dying! I just thought, I'm doing this for me! It's not about you😝

Quite possibly for the future, at moment it is something I picked up cheap in the Primark sales lol.

Excellent, notwithstanding your wardrobe issues. I put off getting started for months so I am very impressed that you've seized the bull by the horns and made a start!

I think it was a case of now or never, if I'd thought about it too much I would probably found an excuse to put it off. But even though you put it off you still did it. Well done x
