Well done for starting the program Zakeroo .😊 Take it slow and steady and make sure you keep hydrated and stretch out your leg muscles after your run. Take your rest day between runs, its important to let your muscles recover and grow strong.

Posting on here helps to keep you motivated, as we will encourage you and give you any advice you need. We will love to share your journey with you.

Good luck. Onwards and upwards .

Go you! We're all right behind you. Your ankles will make a comeback too (I discovered I actually had a collarbone and around week 6 my waistline even threatened to show itself) πŸ˜†

I feel very determined not to let another year being sad about my weight effect me. I want to look as fab as I am as a person....cant wait for the package to be complete. Im so touched at this support its fab! Thank you so much!

That all sounds great.......apart from the "can't wait for the package to be complete" bit. C25k is not a quick fix. It can truly transform your life long term, especially if combined with sensible diet and other exercise. Approach this as a permanent change to your lifestyle and your life and health will change for the good. Personally, I would not bother with the scales either.

Keep running, keep smiling.
