Well I made it to the end of week 1. Today's run was easier & at my half way mark I was 50 yards further than on day 1; the 60 second runs passed very quickly (very different to day 1 when I was counting the seconds down) and recovery time was much quicker. On the down side, my left medial quad started whinging 1/4 way through so note to self, warm up & stretch before the next run. So ice packs today & tomorrow on the offending muscle & a quick massage on Monday before my run. Oh & I almost forgot - at my weekly weigh in this morning, I had only gained 1/2lb so the Christmas excess has been exercised off...well nearly all of it I am so glad I signed up for the program. Happy New Year everyone & happy running in 2017 x

Well done, keep it up.
Watch out for the gremlins they will try to trip you up on every run. You will learn to ignore them if you stay focused
Good luck and a happy New Year and a new you for 2017

Well done - I always find run 1 each week hard, and then by the third time it's much easier (except of course weeks 5 and 6 where the runs are all different!!) - just shows you are getting fitter! Happy running for 2017

Well done! I did day one today and it's really good to hear those 60 seconds get shorter🤔 I thought my phone had died today, 60 seconds seemed like an age😂
