Ok well that’s wk9 run 3 done for the second time. Graduated last September then had a few minor injuries so had to ease off, then life got in the way leading up to my lovely daughters wedding at Easter...4 tier cake and macaroons to perfect, so running definitely got put on the back burner. Then in May Mr P said he would like to give it a try, so back to week1 we went and had a lovely graduation run just now. I love this programme so much and this forum is totally the best!!
That is all 😊😊😊😊

A dual graduation? Congratulations Mr P, you’ve worked so hard. Congratulations Mrs P on your masters graduation! May you both have many happy runs together.
Think Mr P itching to leave the 🐌 behind!! But I maintain that by me pacing the runs he got to graduate injury free 😊 Have loved it second time around too, few weeks to consolidate then we have a 5k fun obstacle run in October can’t wait!
