After graduating nearly a year ago I began to develop a hip pain (not too painful but worrying) and stopped running. The pain remained but some months later the doctor said my hips were fine, so it wasn’t the running causing the problem.
The hip pain started to wander around and go away, and onward a few more months and I had a couple of dreams were I was running and enjoying it. Soooo, I‘ve started again at W1. One more run and it’ll be time for W2, and I’m looking forward to it. See you on the streets till the ground starts drying out. 72 is not the age to do an ankle.

Welcome back! So glad you got the all clear and decided to join us again. I’m quite envious of you as I remember how proud of myself I was - 3 times a week. I love a target and although I still go out it’s not quite so regularly (looking after grandchildren) but setting my own targets are less satisfying. Good luck.
Thanks for your thoughts. I think the hip problem was due to the awkard stances trying to weed between plants whilst not treading on any of them! This time I'm only going to 15 minutes of weeding a day maximum!
