Over the moon! 16 weeks ago I could hardly run around my block and now I have done two 5k events and then today smashed a 10k along the coast for Marfans Syndrome in 1h 15minutes.
Yes I may have been sick as soon as I finished the race but it was worth the pain to finally complete one for a charity close to my heart.
No for the Great North Run in September!
