Feeling great!

After a LOT of unsuccessful and painful (lung scaring) runs, I actually had my first good run!

IT actually felt ok, maybe even good to run !

I'm really not a fitness type person so this is an achievement. I have a personal best to beat from years ago, so onwards and upwards! Just wanted to share with you all - stick with it and it get easier!

Glad to hear you enjoyed a successful run, and you're right, it does get easier. :-)

Well done ! Like that you said you are not a "fitness type person". Think that it true of most on this site and population in general. Think with more encouragement and support more people would take up more exercise of any description.

Also there are more life pressures on people with work and other stuff which doesn't help. But barring serious illness or disabilities most could do this C25K and we would have less health problems.

Anyway sorry must get off my soap box and wish you well for your next running adventures .

Again well done
