W5R2 completed now for R3

Did R2 tonight, it was tough, but great sense of achievement when I had finished. Need some advice for R3, I usually do R2 and 3 after work on a Tue &Thur, but struggle as I'm usually tired after a full day at work, considering setting my alarm for 5am on Thursday to do the run before work , never ran that early before so not sure if it's a good idea or not ? Anyone experience running this early and before work ?

Running in the morning is the best time in my opinion.

It might not have been the best choice to do your first morning run on W5R3, but it is only just another run in the plan, so nice and slow and you will be grinning all day at work.

I always run before work, up at 6 to get it over with! I did w5r3 this morning, and honestly it wasn't that bad - it sounded like a massive jump and I was quite worried I couldn't do it, but Sarah milligan told me it's all mental,. Turns out Sarah was right! Good luck, you CAN do it!

You can do this. Slow and steady. You’ll be surprised what you are capable of now. Good luck!

Hi :) it is indeed just another run in the plan. You’ve already run for about that time, just with a small break, so I know you can do this, it’s actually better than you think, and totally do-able. Just remember to find your comfortable pace then slow down a little so you can sustain it for longer.

All the best!!!
