I completed the couch to 5k app a couple of months ago but found i was only running 4K in 32 minutes. I needed some help to run 5k so I entered a parkrun yesterday and actually ran 5k even though it took 40 minutes. Feels quite a sense of achievement at last! What a great atmosphere at the parkrun, everyone was very encouraging. thanks
