I ran 5k

Set out today not feeling great but thought I’ll just do 1k, but 1k became 2 then 3, 4 and finally 5. There were a few stops for Tia but I only recorded actual running time and did 5.2k in 40 mins. So pleased I got out there. The picture is Tia after the run!

She is, she is so good too, have to keep her on lead at the moment but whether on or off she’s happy to trot along at my side. I ended the run going up and down the side of a field where no one else seems to go so she could have a bit of time off the lead

Happy Easter Phdgranny, Lovely day to be out there, and well done for getting out there when you weren’t feeling so good...that’s a really good distance in the time too, glad you were pleased. It is wonderful having her with me she might slow me down a bit but it’s a good excuse to stop and get my breath when she sniffs the breeze!!
