Week 9,Run 3 - The One Where I actually did it!!

2.02pm,started the final run,the graduation run. 2.33pm and 29mins,46secs later,with my fastest ever time (I could have gone even quicker but people got in the way!),I completed the run!! Wow,wow,double wow!

9 weeks ago I was struggling to even run for 30secs never mind the 60 you do in that first week,but now - I might be a runner!! Looking ahead to my first Parkrun this weekend (had it been last week,with this time,would have been 21st!)

Too many to thank,but thank you all - you guys are a true inspiration and this doesn't mean the end - going to keep going!! Whenever those gremlins try their damned hardest to show up and put you off your stride (quite literally!),run them off and say "you won't beat me!" You can do this and get through C25K - I did and never thought it possible!! Physically,mentally,but here we are 9 weeks later!! Happy running everyone!!
