This is my first post - but I’ve been lurking about throughout my journey and I’ve found it so so helpful. Particularly when I reached the dreaded w5 r3 and honestly thought I’d never do it - I came here and read the posts and realised I could do it! And once I’d done that I knew I’d finish the programme.
And.... today I did it! I graduated! I would never have believed I could do this a few weeks ago - I couldn’t even finish week 1 and had to repeat it!
I’ve found it really hard - I'm not a natural runner, and even today I had to battle with myself mentally to finish - but I’m really proud of me, and can’t believe how well the programme works!
Thank you all for all your support (even though you didn’t know you were offering it! Ha!)

Congratulations... that feeling is amazing... keep it up..
Congratulations on graduating. It's a great feeling isn't it? Now you can hit 5K every time you go out because you've proved to yourself that you can do it. Best wishes.
Brilliant. I’m starting week 3 tomorrow and I’m thinking that running 5k in one go is impossible at the moment but am determined to do it. Very well done!!!
