I was umming and aaaring whether to repeat week 2 as I had struggled, feeling just a bit uncomfortable. I wasn't ready to run this aft but Hubby said come on lets get it over with - he's loving it really!! I quickly made the decision to try week 3 and if the 3 mins was too much then I could drop back to week 2.
I don't know quite what I was expecting but ended up going almost as far down the road as week 2. I must admit it was daunting to be running for 3 minutes, but I got into a rhythm and managed quite well, on the second one I wasn't ready to stop when Laura said it was time for the final 5 min walk.
The beetroot face has returned though on the plus side I have noticed that my breathing recovery has got so much better, within seconds I can talk as normal.
I am really pleased with the change in me and have confessed to people at work that I've started running, something I never thought I'd say!!
