well just over 9 weeks ago i started my journey on c25k, never in my dreams did i think i would be running again (not run since leaving school many years ago)and now im running 30 minutes plus at a time, and now tommrow i have my Graduation Run, and to say my emotions are all over the place at the minute feeling excited and nervous, bring it on..
