Its wet and windy and i almost just stayed home but I gave myself a kick and out I went. The weather was actually a bit of a bonus, no one around to hear my huffing and puffing
I didnt manage all the running sections, I just walked a little faster for two of them, another three i ran about 45 seconds and fast walked the last 15 seconds. The remaining three runs I managed all 60 seconds.
If my phone is right I covered about 2.6km which im pretty pleased with. I will probably repeat week 1 a couple of times so im sure I can do all the 60 second runs but now ive started im determined to keep it up.
My little running buddy had a blast so im sure he wont let me give it up
