First run down :)

Its wet and windy and i almost just stayed home but I gave myself a kick and out I went. The weather was actually a bit of a bonus, no one around to hear my huffing and puffing :D

I didnt manage all the running sections, I just walked a little faster for two of them, another three i ran about 45 seconds and fast walked the last 15 seconds. The remaining three runs I managed all 60 seconds.

If my phone is right I covered about 2.6km which im pretty pleased with. I will probably repeat week 1 a couple of times so im sure I can do all the 60 second runs but now ive started im determined to keep it up.

My little running buddy had a blast so im sure he wont let me give it up

Well done for starting it. You'll be amazed at how far you come! Getting started is one of the hardest hurdles to overcome.

Yeay... on the way and looking good!

Welcome to the best forum ever. Slow, steady and follow the programme. Speed and distance , they are for later... now, just take it in your own time.

Your little chum will keep you on the path and if he does not, lots of us here will encourage, cajole and even give you the odd shove. Onward and upward! :)

Well done . Always do the runs! 😊

If you stick to the programme and do all the sessions you shouldn't need to repeat any. Keep moving forward. You stay slow and you should do it

You have the motivation right there! Your dog is gonna love you 😊
