Well today I have completed the 3rd run of week 4 :-) I still cant believe I have come this far when at week 1 I was dreading going out the front door :-( Now we press on to week 5 and hope I can get through that as well, I know I will give it my best. Anyone else dreading Week 5?

Don't dread :)

Focus on how far you have come, where you are now, and where you will be in another week.

You are doing fine... Take it steady and take it slowly. You are ready for Week 5 and you can do it ! :)

Well done!! Off in 10 mins to do the Week 4 run 3 run - in the rain, and am also dreading week 5, but our experience tells us that every week we've thought we can't do the next week, but so far I have - so lets have faith!!

When we start c25k and look at weeks 2 3 4 5 we think to ourselves "run for X minutes? No way!" And then somehow we manage the runs and it feels great.

And then we get to a certain point in the future and that seemingly "impossible" 5 or 8 minute run miraculously becomes "easy" or we look back and think "how did I struggle on that week?, it was only running for X minutes" :-)

We all have doubts, even those who have run for years! It's part of being human.
