I can't believe it, I've just finished Week 9 - am over the moon, I never ever thought this would be possible! I am in a 5K park race on Sunday - that'll be interesting! Any ideas on what to do next? Think I have the bug!

Well helloSarahLou! Well done on your graduation. As regard to what's next? MORE RUNNING THREE TIMES PER WEEK PLEASE AND NO SLACKING!!! Hahaha!
It is addictive isn't it? I mean, why do all the work over 9 weeks and NOT keep going? Good luck with your park run too.

Oh how fab...well done...ok, so you need to think about what you want...is it speed or distance?
For me, its distance, so I just aimed for a 10k, then a HM ( increasing by 10% each week). There is nothing more amazing than running for 2+ hours, just enjoying being alive...good luck!!!

Thanks everyone for your lovely messages! It is the best feeling, I am feeling rather smug I have to say! I think I'd prefer to go for distance than speed - is there an actual plan to follow week by week or do you literally just do 3 mins extra every 3 runs?
